SCIENTIFIC OR GEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS;

THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION PROCESSES;

REGULATORY DETERMINATIONS;

ENVIRONMENTAL OUTCOMES;

CLIMATE-RELATED EVENTS;

MARKET CONDITIONS;

CARBON ACCOUNTING METHODOLOGIES;

TECHNOLOGICAL FAILURES;

DATA ACCURACY;

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION;

PROJECT UNDERPERFORMANCE;

OPERATIONAL INTERRUPTIONS;

FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS;

GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS;

JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS;

RELIANCE UPON WEBSITE CONTENT;

THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS; OR

ANY ACTUAL OR ALLEGED ENVIRONMENTAL, FINANCIAL, COMMERCIAL, REGULATORY, ETHICAL, OR OPERATIONAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

Expanded Indemnification Provision
